    The only reason I give another of his books a chance is hoping that the ending will be redemptive. Never!
    The characters and layering of them is great, but the endings are dissapointing. Just finished The Appeal. Again, - it ended on a totally blahhhh note. No twist. No gotcha. Nothing.
    Heck, I should write that.

      Ever notice when reading a John Grisham that you don’t remember turning pages or thinking that you are reading a book, all you remember is the story. This is what makes him a great author.

      because his name is john grisham. Ever notice that all his books are basically the same exact stories but with different character names?
